Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

Use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 3–5 business days after we’ve processed your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, custom cases, and final sale items can’t be returned.
